The reason DD was created was because so many people in MLM really just do not get it. No matter how hard they try, it just ain't gonna happen. Two weeks ago, we highlighted the "professionalism" of the YTB crowd as they made their video debuts on YouTube.
Apparently, one of our Charter Members of the DD did not understand that we were highlighting "unprofessionalism" in "recruiting". He felt left out and I think his feelings were hurt. So, he did a post on his own video editing skills (which, by the way are admirable and most in YTB could take a lesson from him) and highlighted one of his videos and deftly pointed out that there was no recruiting in it at all.
Absolutely true. As a matter of fact, it had maybe 6 words (I think they were "Are we crazy or what? Yeah!") and mostly a great soundtrack. But he was not recruiting. He was not promoting his rent-a-travel website. As a matter of fact, this video was produced before he even got into YTB.
So I need to ask, what's the point? But if you could, please make this member happy and look at his video. Send an email and maybe he will include it in his

ReplyDeleteIf you want to be assured that no one opposed your demented opinions, you should take a lesson from travel-pro.blogspot.com and refuse to allow any comments. That way your opinion will be there for all to see without having to worry about someone contradicting you.

You must be a travel agent who thinks the Industry belongs to them only. Well I am here to tell you John times has changed. So stop telling people lies about YTB. You will always be working for someone else because you can never own your own company or have wealth because you are too blind to see that. Don't blind everyone else. John is making you broke for the rest of your life. Would you rather live off of residual income or be broke. If you want to live right read my blog today. Not this mess. And who wants to listen to someone that talks about others you don't find no ytb people talking about any other companies or persons. Because we have integrity that is what sets us apart. 1.. I do own my own company and we are very successful.
2.. If this blog and the opinions offered within are the cause of people going broke, you should be endorsing me and perhaps sending me a cut of all that YTB money you are making. After all, your one post said that you are looking for broke people. Hell, if this blog is making them all broke, it appears that there are 13,000 of them right here for the taking. Just think about THAT downline. You could earn nearly $1M just on the $50 commission alone!
3.. There are no lies on this blog. NONE. ZIP. ZILCH. NADA. I am sorry I do not know the Waldorf Illiterate term for you. There is a lot of opinion, there is a ton of references, and there are some mistakes--all of which have been corrected and acknowledged. But there are no lies and I challenge you to point them out to me--either in a comment or by email (jwf21403 at gmail.com)
4.. Apparently you are not looking too hard for YTB people calling names and talking about other companies or people. If you need a listing of sites, I would be glad to provide them to you. You can start by reading the comments here. Move onto travel-pro.blogspot.com, then onto scam.com. If you are still a doubter, let me know and I will send you a list of sites.

I think it's interesting that you're over here talking about none of us ever working for ourselves or having wealth. The vast majority of traditional travel agents on this board own their own business and are doing very well thank you. And it's because we've done well that we are committed to keeping the riff raff out of our industry. This isn't a hobby for us. It's a career.
As far as your blog goes-gosh where to begin!! Your spelling is horrible! How on earth can you expect anyone to take you seriously when you can't even put a period or question mark at the end of a sentence? Your blog is horribly, HORRIBLY, unprofessional. I can't believe YTB hasn't insisted that you pull it.
You need to wake up and smell the cat food traveling moms! The bank that funds YTB was just shut down by the FDIC. IATAN has dropped you. Several suppliers have dropped you. The industry has shunned you. YOU need to get a life honey. Not us.
Daneille, perhaps you should heed your own advice, if you abhor this blog so vehemently, and not become a denizen of such a repellent column. Now, I know there are some big words there, but you should be able to translate them to your language within a week or so, if you work really hard at it. We all know you have nothing else to do, since you have nothing else to do, obviously not having any idea how the business world, heck even ytb, really works.
ReplyDeleteI think we should all say a big hello to Randall, who is a noob on the ytb side, and obviously the replacement for Mix that Wood River has rotated in ever since Mix was outed, and his usefulness was at an end. Hopefully his writing style won't be as obnoxious, but just as invigorating.
