ReplyDeleteI think I can safely say for everyone here that we are all just stunned and amazed that YTB has allowed you to continue with them. I don't think I would trust you to call a cab for me, let alone book a cruise. And now you're calling yourself a destination wedding specialist? Wow! I don't know how much E&O you carry but it can't possibly be enough.
Danielle, Lynette, or whatever your name is...you are the poster child for everything that is wrong with YTB. You clearly have no grasp the travel industry or how it operates.
Everyone makes such a big stink about how YTB doesn't get the industry respect it feels it so rightly deserves. But you Traveling Moms, are the reason why. How could a travel company, or any company for that matter, allow someone who is so unqualified and so unprofessional to scream from the rooftops that they are a company representative?
Danielle your blog epitomizes the embarassment that YTB has brought to this industry. While I would never begrudge anyone the opportunity to earn a living, you have no business trying to earn a living in the travel industry. And YTB should be embarassed that they have allowed this to happen.
Are these harsh words? Perhaps. But for the hundreds of agents who have educated themselves and made a career in travel, I think they deserve the opportunity to have the professionalism restored to the industry that once was before the pollution know as YTB.

I see the 5 year olds are back. Pre-school let out 1/2 day for the holidays? YTB must be so proud to have such childish, idiotic, un-intelligible high school dropouts as staff. It brings such an air of professionalism to an industry in which you are trying to be legitimate. Very proud indeed.
