  2. John,

This reminds me that it’s something kind of like when the guy who was a passenger in the car I was driving from OKC to DAL last Saturday said, “You know the speed limit is posted 70 mph, but here in OK they highway patrol won’t ticket you up to 79 mph.”

So what the guy was saying is there is a speed limit law you can break up to a certain point. Once you pass the 9 mph over the limit breaking point, you are going to get pulled over if a highway patrol clocks you.

Is there a cushion in mlm law? It seems like it. How many mlm infractions can a company be in violation of before the feds and the states officials “pull you over”?

Is Ted Lindauer’s statement: “My concerns have been addressed and I am satisfied that everything which must be done is being done and done well” good enough for the government officials?

Ted had a long laundry list of concerns and then all of the sudden everything is being addressed. In the USAF we had a saying, “it’s good enough for government work” in describing the quality how well we did our duties.

My question is, “Is YTB complying with mlm law “good enough for government work?”

  3. Who knows Rod---why not call up HQ and ask them? Oh, that's right, they don't talk to you.

My opinion on the change of heart of Ted Lindauer is well known and it has nothing to do with compliance and everything to do with remuneration.

  4. You are right.

I haven't been given adequate answers.

Is the anti-pyramiding law apparently being violated by YTB charging a fee as stated in the RTA online training manual of $149 to participate in the 10% override travel commissions of the Power Team's travel booked in your downline.
