More Shady Deals

According to ANOTHER article in the St. Louis Post Dispatch it seems that ole Coach may indeed lose his house again unless he can get the stock up to over $2 a share for 90 consecutive days.

But hey, he still has that multi million dollar home in Naples.

When will the RTAs and Reps realize that they are being scammed and taken for fools? 130,000 of you pay $600 a year for nothing in return, yet the man who has now bought a jet, several companies, two homes, multiple exotic cars, and who knows what else. Wake up folks, there are a few getting rich off this shady deal called YTB and it ain't most of you!

  1. More nonsense from John "Daily Kos" Frenaye.

Very similar to the absolute bias that comes from the far left-wing blog.

    You are desperate, Johnny boy.

Wish you could spend an hour with the man who you believe is Satan.

Big, bad Johnny would be humbled in a New York minute.

I would pay big money for admission to that event.

Counting down to YTB's day in court.

And the WTAs (whining travel agents) will be eating crow.

  2. Why is it that when the St. Louis Post Dispatch does an article on the shady dealings of YTB that is is "more nonsense" from me?

Apparently Mix is illiterate (which would explain a lot) and either is unable to read or click on the link to find the source.

As for waiting for YTB's day in court, not too long...one of them is today! And this one is probably (in my opinion) one of the most egregious cases against them---you know where coach con-vinced a guy to sell his livlihood for the millions to be made in YTB.

  3. You know what Mix you really have 0 reading comprehension skills. We are not whining. Nor have we ever whined.

We are against the recruitment, the down line and the Pyramid Scheme. We are against YTB recruiting people on the premise they will make millions when in reality they make very little. We are against the majority not caring about the industry and not learning at all.

This is about industry standards and YTB's lack of standards and ethics.

If YTB was an ethical, good company they would have cooperated with the CA AG's office and the suit could have been avoided. But, YTB in it's arrogance thumbed their noses at them. Read the Alton paper's comments even the locals recognize what YTB is a scam. Even the locals, who live in the same community as Coach and are not involved in the travel industry don't have a whole lot of good to say about him.

It's the same thing from you it's the whining travel agents. We had nothing to do with the CA suit or the other suits. YTB did this on their own. YTB made their bed by being an unethical sham now they have to lie in it.

  4. To the, yes, Whining Travel Agents-

    I read each article.

Naturally an obvious spin against YTB.

    That's what sells newspapers.

Your attitudes toward YTB are similar to the arrogance demonstated in the past few days by the liberal press towards McCain's VP pick.

    "Not experienced".

"How dare she think shes up to the task".

    Typical arrogant, condescending attitudes.

That's exactly the mindset of the Whining Travel Agents.

Looking forward to seeing us win in court.

Then we will see the REAL whining begin.

    By the way, AT.

YTB DID cooperate with the AG with travel-related issues.

They could not get us on anything with travel . . .

So Jerry Brown played the "pyramid" card.

It may play in CA, but it won't play in court.

Mark my words, WTA (Whining AT)

  5. Bad press for YTB sells newspapers? Well, lets go sell some more!

  6. Stop trying to give this a political spin. This issue has nothing to do with politics. TTA's are against untrained and uneducated people pretending to be travel agents. That goes for liberal TTA's and conservative TTA's. Not that I care to go into that topic but I happen to be a TTA and am also a conservative!

  7. Really Mix leave politics the heck out of the discussion.

All you do is deflect, deflect, deflect. Blame it on the Whining Travel agents when it clearly belongs on the shoulders of YTB themselves.

  8. Mix, why would you assume that the reporter that wrote this story had a beef with YTB? He asked the same questions about the earnings statements that were on a lot of people's minds.
As for the "whining travel agents", there's no whining going on here. We ask a lot of questions, and for obvious reasons those questions have made you uncomfortable. But this case won't be decided here on this blog, but in a California court room instead. I think it's interesting that you for some reason, seem to believe that you are more qualified to determine the legalities of this case that the CA AG or YTB staff atorneys. So if anyone is acting out of arrogance, it's you.

  9. kholmes-

Yes, I am confident that YTB will win.

The only politics going on are the politics of the CA AG.

The traditional industry had his ear for months and could not get YTB on anything of substance on the travel side.

So pull out the "pyramid" card.

Do it just before the YTB Convention.

And make it personal in the press release saying that 15,000 to 20,000 innocent people were heading to St. Louis to be "scammed".

And the press in St. Louis?

How about interviewing one of the 10 RTAs that I have in the St. Louis area . . .

4 of which have had their websites for over 3 years.

And happily pay their $49.95 each month.

  10. Mix-What are you talking about? You have no clue. The CA AG investigated YTB for 18 months. WE, the TA community did not even know about it until the lawsuit was announced in the press. We did not cause it. Lack of compliance did. If YTB had cooperatated they wouldn't be in the boat they are in. And, I may add the suit was bought on by some of your fellow RTA's who felt they were wronged. Not TA's. Same with the class action suits. As to your RTA's paying that fee, how many are making money? And, are you sure they haven't went behind your back and jumped on the Class Action lawsuit?
