What would you say if your bank was served with a "cease and desist" order for "unsafe or unsound banking practices"?
Does the name Meridian Bank ring a bell? This is the company that is owned by a YTB Board Member. The same one that was recently called out by the St. Louis Post Dispatch.
I wonder what unsafe or unsound business practices these might entail---loans and house swaps with an alleged pyramid scheme perhaps?

ReplyDeleteFirst we have YTB that has operated outside the standards and ethics of IATA and ASTA. This company is funded by a bank that has been operating outside the standards and ethics of banking...
But obviously the accusors are just haters, or maybe threatened by YTB and Meridian, and have taken this stand against them only to advance their career right?
Well, hey Kate don't you know John is in charge of the banking industry now and is forcing them to find fault with YTB.

ReplyDeleteThe travel agents suddenly have so much power, yet we use it all for evil. Between paying off AG's, and controlling all these other companies, I'm surprised at how much work we all get done during the day.
