Build Your Business Dynasty With Cruise to Cash!

Remember Dynasty? The money? The power? The big hair? Well apparently you can be just like Alexa and the rest of the gang just by joining Cruise to Cash!

Cruise to Cash has everything you could want in a travel MLM. Testimonials with College Professors. Celebrity endorsements by none other than Ken & Barbie. The ever important $10,000 per week earnings claim. In fact you can earn giant piles of cash with no travel training what so ever just by joining cruise to cash! And of course Cruise To Cash has Jesus, and lots of it! Cruise to Cash claims that their opportunity is the number 1 internet business opportunity. Just look at their website at http://www.no1homebasedbusiness.com/
Now maybe you’re not sure who to choose for your sponsor in Cruise to Cash. This guy claims that he talks to the owners of Cruise to Cash all the time, and is making more money than he knows what to do with.

So here we have yet another mlm scam that claims to be legitimate, honest ethical, God fearing, and the best homebased business opportunity on the planet. But if you look at their recruiting messages, their false earnings claims, their You Tube videos and more, it just screams scam! How is it even possible for someone to get sucked into something like this?

Wait-isn't this the exact same marketing message that YTB uses? Big piles of cash with no work or training? Endorsed by Jesus and other celebs? Legal? Ethical? Where have we heard this all before?

CLIA..suppliers, are you watching this??

Fair And Balanced

Fox News claims they are fair and balanced. I like to think this blog is as well. We present facts, backed up by documentation and we are willing to make corrections when we make an error. Of course there is a great deal of opinion as well.

Speaking of opinion, the publisher of Travel Research Online has a very fair and balanced opinion piece on how the industry has arrived at the place we are today. Certainly the MLMs are an issue and they are called out. But are they the cause of the problem? Not at all.

We have said that the suppliers and associations are the ones that have allowed the problem to get out of hand. We have said that the suppliers and associations are the best suited to fix it.

Mr. Earls tends to agree and in this piece entitled "A State of Disarray", he challenges the industry suppliers, the industry associations and the industry at large to get their act together and police themselves

More Dated, But Good Information

From June 1, Home-Based Travel Agent, a respected industry publication, highlighted some of the findings of a recent PhoCusWright survey on the home based agent. Some of the findings:
  • On average, you are selling in excess of $300,000 annually. Independent agents generate on average $350,000 in sales, while the hosted/agency-affiliated business averages $257,000.
  • You can be divided into two camps: those of you who are totally independent (56 percent) and those of you who are affiliated with an agency or a host (44 percent).
I thought that it was interesting that Home-Based Agent pegs the "legitimate" home based market at 31,000 and this represents 28% of ALL agents. Apparently they are not counting the 100,000+ MLM agents as legitimate, which is a good thing. That puts the legitimate agent community at 110,750 agents with nearly 80,000 of them being brick and mortar. So, how does the average MLM agent stack up against the average home based agent. In one MLM firm, the average "agent" sold $3162 annually. The average legitimate home based agent affiliated with a host or agency sold $257,000. Put another way, every 4.5 days, a legitimate home based agent sells more than a MLM agent sells in a year. So, with all the money being made in MLM selling travel, there MUST be another source of income. Could it be recruiting? Because it certainly is NOT travel!
